This means that the canines are able to track/apprehend criminals, track/locate missing endangered persons, locate hidden narcotics and firearms, and locate evidentiary articles that can lead to a successful suspect identification and prosecution. The K9 Handlers that train and deploy with these dogs everyday must be ready to respond to any call.
